Faculty and staff have begun dropping off their artwork for the upcoming exhibit at Atlantic Cape’s newly-renovated art gallery, located above the Spangler Library. There is a wide variety of talent being showcased already, ranging from sculpture to still lifes.

iPad Basics will explore the various features and options the iPad offers, as well as different keyboard commands to help navigate and become more efficient when operating the iPad, 6 – 9 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 10. iPad Basics, Part 2 will teach attendants various applications on the iPad such as Safari, Mail and the App Store, 6 – 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17. Atlantic Cape Community College will hold an information session regarding its new Construction Operator Technician Program at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 9.
The Construction Operator Technician Training Program is a comprehensive 124-hour course that includes three days of technical class work with an online component, five days of classroom training and 10 days of field training. Continue reading

The ACA welcomed new fall 2014 students to the culinary program with an orientation and taco lunch, Friday, Aug. 22.
Classes are scheduled to begin Monday, Aug. 25, for the incoming students.
